Terms and Conditions for Cloud App Business Product Tracking

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloud Zion Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Data: All data inputted by the User or collected through the use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account.

4.3. Multiple Accounts

You may not create multiple Accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service or for any other purposes that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate any Account that we suspect is in violation of this provision.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1. Subscription Plans

The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with various plans available based on the features and usage levels. Details of our subscription plans are available on our website. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with that plan.

5.2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance and must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of subscription. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

5.3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms. We will charge your payment method for the renewal fees unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings.

5.4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion.

5.5. Late Payments

If your payment method is declined or your payment is otherwise late, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received. You agree to pay all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by us in collecting any late payments.

6. Use of the Service

6.1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

6.2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6.3. User Content

You are responsible for all Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, post, or transmit such Content. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

10. Termination and Suspension

You may terminate your Account and subscription at any time by following the instructions in your Account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and any Data associated with your Account may be deleted.

10.2. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Unauthorised use of the Service.

10.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the Service in your possession. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay fees due or any other obligations under these Terms.

10.4. Data Retention

We may retain your Data for a reasonable period following termination to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. After such time, your Data may be deleted.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 11.2. Limitation of Liability
